Just getting started on the top side with the plastics and the jig saw puzzle to get the things apart, is a mind teaser in its self. But its all worth it when you see the kids out riding with a ear to ear smile, all the frustration goes right out the door.

Just a quick look at it before it all came apart. The compression tester is still plugged in and only got up to 85 psi, not good when it takes at least 100 for it to run.

Two hours later all the plastic is off and all the other meddling things are out of the way and now we wait for parts and a bore job, to turn around and do it all in reverse. If you look on the side of the piston and see the black going downward that is a sure sign of a worn out engine, its referred to as "blow bye", not something you want to see.
